Shipping & Delivery

All My Online Tailor products will normally be delivered on your doorstep after 4 weeks from  the date your order has been accepted.This timeperiod is required for fabric in our factory in Singapore, our quality check and shipping it to your door. For suits your order will be shipped with DHL / UPS, for shirts without a suit we use International post. 

We only use shipping companies which are known for their excellent performance

DHL / UPS are third-party agencies which handle our packages worldwide. Depending on the area where you live and the weight of your order we use either DHL / UPS or International post SingPost or Thaipost. You will be informed on the selected shipping agency the moment we ship your order. In case you have missed the delivery you will be informed by the local agency of the shipping agent. Please deal direcly with the local agent to re-arrange delivery. 

Free shipping to the US, Europe and Australia.

At My Online Tailor your purchases are all inclusive, which means that the price you pay for your product includes product, shipping, and for Europe also VAT. In case you have been charged by mistake for one of these items, please inform us and we will give you a full refund for the incorrect charge. We try to avoid any duties however we cannot ensure this. The receiver is always responsible for duties that may apply

When you are not a resident in any of the above areas and you want to buy one of our products we advise you to contact us by email to inform you on the terms and conditions for your country. 

Tracking the location of your package

Once your order is ready for shipment we will inform you by email the tracking number of your package with the selected shipping agency. You can track the exact location of your package at the site of the agency.
