Duties & tax.

For every continent duties and taxes are different. Also the ruling with regard to the originating or destination country varies among different continents related to general or specific trade agreements between two countries.

Duties & VAT paid for US, Europe and Australia

There is a general ruling for all countries on the European continent and also for Australia and the US. This means that for these areas we try to ensure you that Duties, Insurance, Freight and VAT are included in the price you pay for your purchase. Specific local taxes for seperate US states are however not included, as they differ from state to state. It is possible that the shipping agency charges a small clearance fee. We cannot control this and charges will be for the receiver.
If rules change or postal service does decide to charge duties please keep in mind that it is the customer that does the import from our factories and therefor is responsible.

Conditions for other countries

When you are not a resident of any of the above three areas you may still be able to qualify for the same conditions depending on the import /export ruling your country has with Singapore. Please contact us if you want to know before you order.
